Chiropractic Therapist Assistant (License Required)

Active Sports Therapy is hiring a licensed Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) to join our high-performing team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to how we care for our patients. As a CTA, you'll directly support our doctors with treatment modalities, rehab programming, and movement-based care.

We're a sports injury and recovery clinic with a strong focus on integrated care. You'll work with a variety of patients — from athletes to active adults — helping them recover, perform, and move better.

• Deliver hands-on treatment support including laser, shockwave, decompression, and taping
• Guide patients through exercise protocols and warm-up sequences
• Coordinate daily schedules and assist with setup, transitions, and documentation
• Communicate clearly with patients and the clinical team throughout each visit
• Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use
• Help troubleshoot any bottlenecks in daily flow

• A licensed Chiropractic Therapy Assistant in the state of Tennessee
• Confident with — or eager to learn — tools like shockwave therapy, laser, and guided exercise
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Able to manage a high patient volume while staying organized
• Comfortable working in a close team setting with shared responsibilities
