Sports Performance Clinic Assistant
About the role
Want to get into sports medicine, rehab, or healthcare, but don't have years of experience yet? This might be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Active Sports Therapy is looking for a full-time Sports Performance Clinic Assistant to join our team.
We're a busy sports medicine and rehab clinic where the pace is fast, the team works closely together, and no two days feel exactly the same. You'll work alongside doctors and clinical staff helping take care of everyone from everyday active adults to competitive athletes.
And no, you do not need healthcare experience to start.
We're much more interested in finding someone who is dependable, energetic, coachable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. We'll teach you the rest.
This is probably a great fit if...
You like being busy and would rather have a day fly by than watch the clock.
You enjoy being around people and can make someone feel comfortable within a few minutes of meeting them.
You're interested in fitness, sports, healthcare, rehab, or human performance.
You're the type of person who notices what needs to be done and handles it instead of waiting to be asked.
You want a job where you can actually learn, grow, and earn more responsibility, not stay stuck doing the same entry-level tasks forever.

Why work with us
The opportunity to grow is real
For the right person, this is much more than an administrative position.
We help our Chiropractic Assistants work toward becoming licensed Chiropractic Therapy Assistants, or CTAs, typically within their first 90 days.
Once licensed, your role can expand into more hands-on patient care, including assisting with therapeutic treatments, rehabilitation exercises, and other clinical responsibilities under our doctors' direction.
If you're considering a future in physical therapy, chiropractic, athletic training, exercise science, nursing, healthcare, or sports performance, there aren't many entry-level jobs that give you this kind of exposure.
What it's like working here
We're a team.
That means there will be busy days. You'll be on your feet. You'll talk to a lot of people. You'll occasionally need to solve three things at once. Everyone contributes, and everyone is expected to help keep the clinic moving.
But you'll also work in an environment where you'll learn constantly, know the people you're helping, work alongside a close-knit team, and have a clear opportunity to become more valuable over time.
If you're looking for a quiet desk job where you can disappear into the background, this probably isn't it.
If you want to be part of a team, learn healthcare from the inside, work around active people, and build skills that can actually lead somewhere, we'd love to meet you.
