Chiropractic Assistant

Active Sports Therapy is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to support our clinic's daily operations. This is an entry-level position that plays a vital role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for patients. We're a busy, sports-focused clinic, and we value people who are dependable, upbeat, and eager to contribute.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients, gather health updates, and help them get ready for care
- Support the front desk team with scheduling, communication, and coordination
- Assist with insurance verifications and basic benefit explanations
- Maintain flow throughout the clinic by helping coordinate patient movement
- Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and patient-ready
- Learn about the clinical side of care and prepare for CTA training if desired
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and ready to work hard in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Interested in health, fitness, or sports medicine
- Comfortable using basic technology and communication tools
- Motivated to grow and take on more responsibility
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required — we'll train the right person who brings the right mindset.

CTA licensure typically happens within the first 90 days.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
